All Levels Vinyasa Flow

All Levels Welcome

This is a 90 minute, mixed levels class that moves at a slow pace and focuses on proper alignment to promote strength and flexibility, no matter what level your yoga practice is at.  New to yoga?  This class will flow at a slower pace, allowing you to get to know your body as we move through each pose.  Have a more intermediate or advanced practice?  Modifications and slow movement will allow you to refine your practice and alignment and build heat.  During this 90 minute class, we begin with guided meditation and breath consciousness, flow through a slow but dynamic vinyasa practice, before we finally rest in savasana.  Each week we will spend 15 minutes in open studio workshopping one pose to perfect your unique alignment or use that time to work on your own personal practice.  Everyone is welcome!

Restorative Yoga

1 hour 15 minutes
All levels
(Limited to 5 people)

Wind down after a hectic week with a relaxing and rejuvenating restorative yoga class.  This class will utilize bolsters and props to support you as you relax deeply into calming postures.  Restorative postures provide deep but gentle stretching and opening of the muscles.  During this class you will also experience relaxing pranayama (yogic breathing) and guided meditation.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Level 1/2

Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga practice that uses the natural flow of the breath to guide us through each posture.  During this class we will use the connection of our breath to ground through our bodies and help us bring our awareness to the present moment.  Build strength and flexibility through the physical practice of asana poses.  This class will keep you moving and get you sweaty!
